"Belle"

"Boomers Liberty Belle", or "Belle" as we are calling her, was foaled on 5/2/2006. Born to Valaras Liberty (Libby) and Leo's Two Eyed Boomer (Da'Boom). This young filly is a chip off the old block with four white socks and blaze. Her coloring should darken to be a Red Chestnut, more like Boomer. This is the only foal at Summers Creek for 2006 and is the fifth to be born at Summers Creek.

"Spirit"

Born 5/16/2005

"Spirit" as we are calling him for now, was foaled on 5/16/2005. Born to Windchaser (Amber) and Gladiator. This young colt is a bay with three white socks. Its easy to see why they call them Bashkir Curlies. This is Amber's first baby and the forth to be born at Summers Creek.

We regret to inform everyone that a few days after Spirit was born, he fell sick. He was taken to MSU Large Animal Hospital, where he stayed with mom for 10 days. Everything possible was done. Spirit was put to sleep on 5/31/2005. He was 14 days old. It was very difficult on all of us, but maybe we will see this "Spirit" again someday.

He would have been registered with the AHA (Arabian Horse Association) and the ICHO (International Curly Horse Association).

"Emir Marius"

"Marius" as we are calling him for now, was born in the early morning 4/16/2005. Born to Valaras Liberty and Gladiator. This young colt is a bay with one white sock and blaze. If you look close, the blaze appears to be in the shape of a duck.

He will be registered with the AHA. We are bouncing around registered names, like Marius Thracian. (Thracian's were a fierce Calvary that fought in ancient Greece and later the name was associated with a specific type of Roman Gladiators that fought with shields and short swords. We welcome this little colt as the 3rd baby born on Summers Creek.
